Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

Nurtiva is run by DN Coder and Technologies (trading as iDNC), Ibadan, Nigeria. This policy explains what the Nurtiva app collects and why.

What we collect

How we use it

Only to run the app's features for you: predictions, your daily check-in guidance, reminders, reports, the doctor report and Learn suggestions. We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers.

Health assistant

When you ask the health assistant a question, the text of your question and the related context needed to answer it may be sent to our AI service provider to generate the reply. The assistant gives general information, not a diagnosis. You can delete your assistant history in the app at any time.

Partner sharing

Nothing is shared with a partner unless you invite them, and you choose exactly what they see. You can stop sharing at any time.

Usage data

We do not collect app usage analytics today. During setup you can choose whether to allow anonymous usage data in future; if we ever start collecting it, it will only be from people who agreed, it will never include your health logs, and we will update this policy first.

Your choices

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on our hosting provider’s servers and sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We keep it until you delete it or delete your account.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers only to run the app: our web host, Expo, Google Firebase and Apple to deliver notifications, and an AI provider for the health assistant. They may only use your data to provide that service to us.

Children

Nurtiva is intended for people aged 18 and over.
